August 17th:
Today I had the joy of seeing every member of LARK.
R came by around noon for some cupcakes and to hug me goodbye (although I'm seeing her again, so it wasn't a tearful goodbye).
I went to K's house to "help" her pack for college, which she hadn't started yet (yes, she is leaving on monday) (luckily I get to see her again too).
L invited me over for dinner and we ended up singing "The Only Exception" by Paramore (the glee version) (she, I also get to see again before she leaves for college).
A note on "The Only Exception" - a bunch of my girl friends (R, R, L, K, and A, and me) share a youtube channel called ThoseMusicGals where we post videos once in a blue moon. Sometimes they're serious, but most of the time they're just fun, casual videos in which we don't take ourselves too seriously. "The Only Exception" is one of those where L and I don't take ourselves too seriously.
