So, every summer I go to Mount Hermon's Ponderosa summer camp with my friends R, K, and L. The summer of 2011, my friend from Texas, J came with us and introduced us to her summer style: Brightly colored sports bras and "bro tanks". Said bro tanks can be purchased in the men's section in their regular, finished form, or created from t-shirts bought in the men's department.
So, after the summer of 2011, R, K, L, and I decided to make our own to wear at camp! We went to target and bought the shirts and came back to my house to cut off the sleeves and collars. Whabam! Bro tanks! We decided to make more for this summer and this time experimented a little with styles (bows, racer-back, ect.). Here are the three I have (grape and captain america are from last summer, the red one is from today):
I'm excited to wear my bro tank tomorrow as I head off to Pondy! Oh yeah, I won't be blogging regularly that week just like with houseboats, so I'll be writing stuff down, then post it all when I get back :)
